His strength, conditioning, and fitness background stems from an original passion in dance, which he has practiced for 11 years. From this, he found his way into the fitness industry and worked in multiple physical therapy clinics to discover the rehabilitation side of performance, eventually becoming the strength and conditioning coach he is today.
